On 22nd October 2020, any remaining motions and matters for mention in the Chancery List in Hilary, Easter and Trinity terms, which were adjourned generally due to Covid-19 public health restrictions, will be listed for mention.
The list on 22nd October 2020 will be conducted remotely and the virtual courtroom numbers and relevant instructions are available to members through the Law Society of Ireland and the Bar of Ireland websites:

In light of the Level 5 public health restrictions, litigants in person should not attend in Court. All matters in the List involving litigants in person will be adjourned for mention to Thursday 10th December 2020, unless otherwise dealt with by consent of the parties.
Callover of cases for hearing next week
Practitioners and parties should also note that the Thursday callover of cases for hearing on Tuesday to Friday of the following week has resumed and will be conducted remotely at 10.30 on Thursday 22nd October 2020 in respect of cases for hearing on 27th-30th October 2020.
